If you wish, you can start a timer for 15 minutes on your phone or on the Insight timer app and follow the steps below:

If you wish to practise more breathwork, you have a library available here ↓
Take a piece of paper and journal about the following:
How do I feel this morning? Did you notice anything specific during the breath work?
How do you feel in your body (any pain?)?
How do you feel in your mind (quietness?)?
Place your right hand on your heart, the left hand on your stomach, close your eyes (if comfortable), thank yourself for taking a moment to pause today.
Stay in that position and present until 12:45pm (or until the timer signals 15 minutes!)
