I’m sharing 7 short breathwork videos designed to help you come back to your body, anytime, anywhere.
You don’t need a yoga mat or special setup. Just a few minutes, your breath, and a comfortable seat — on a chair, a cushion, or your couch.
These short practices are simple yet powerful ways to regulate your energy, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself. You can use them:
✨ Before a meeting,
🌙 Before sleep,
☕️ During a short break,
💻 Or anytime you feel your mind running faster than your breath.
Each video is just a few minutes long — perfect for integrating small pauses into your daily rhythm.
Take a deep breath in… and let’s begin. 💛
A bit of background
I first learned these practices through yoga, where they’re known as Pranayama — a Sanskrit word that means “control or extension of the life force (prana)”.
In yoga philosophy, Pranayama isn’t just about breathing — it’s about creating balance between the body, the mind, and the energy that flows through both.
Over the years, I’ve deepened my understanding thanks to inspiring teachers such as Max Strom, Eliza Coolsma, Lucy McCarthy, and Seane Corn who each bring a beautiful blend of science, compassion, and mindfulness to the way they teach breath.
