Todayβs pause is simple, grounding, and often overlooked. We invite you to drink a big glass of water slowly and intentionally.
More often than never, women are not drinking enough water. I (Audrey) was reading about it lately and most experts say that even 1.5L is not enough and we should aim for at least 2L a day.
So here is the ritual β
Hold the glass in your hands.
Notice the temperature.
Take a sip. Then another.
As you drink, ask yourself gently:
How does my body feel right now?
No need to answer. Just notice.
Hydration can be a ritual when we allow it to be a pause, a moment of presence in the middle of the day.π§
